My mission is to give you the tools and knowledge that you need to Get Fit, Stay Fit and Live Life Fit. Whether it will be through personal or group training, I will provide you with a fitness program that will be challenging, interesting and fun making it easier for you to adopt and/or maintain a habit of lifetime fitness.

About Me
My true fitness journey began in 2006 when I joined a local pole fitness class. I was instantly inspired, empowered and motivated by the instructors and this form of exercise. In 2008 I become a certified pole instructor and one of the instructors providing such empowerment and motivation to students. It's an amazing feeling knowing that you can inspire others in some form of fitness that you feel passionate about. But this was only the beginning of my fitness journey. Always wanting to learn more and to pass on that knowledge, I completed courses in Group Fitness, Weight Training and Personal Training through British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association. My passion for fitness now emcompasses more than just pole fitness and I cannot wait to inspire and motivate others through an exercise program/activity that they can truly enjoy.
