FiT Camp (Indoor)

Program: Bootcamp is a total fitness program which will combine calisthenics, cardiovascular drills, resistance exercises, core strengthening, agility and balance drills that will provide a full body workout regardless of your fitness level. As a group fitness class, this means participants will be working side by side challenging and motivating each other. The classes are led by a certified instructor, designed to provide a complete and safe workout and provide each participant with proper supervision of technique and form.

What to Bring to R . I . P . P . E . D . and/or Fit Camp?
Yoga mat
Dumbbells - 2 - 3 lb. (beginners) and/or 5 lb. dumbbells.
For first time participants, please bring completed PAR-Q (see form below) and arrive 10 minutes before your class in order to complete an Informed Consent & Waiver and Client Information Form.
**Please dress warm and in layers - the Barnloft Studio can be a little chilly until we get warmed up!**
