Details: If you've done a lot of walking, but you've never run before, you might feel a bit intimidated to get out there and start running. This program offers a safe and gradual introduction to running. We are not going to worry about our pace or distance. The goal of this 10 week beginner’s walk/run plan is to ease you into the sport with the ultimate goal of increasing the interval of time of running. This program is designed to provide a safe, informative, fun and motivating workout in a group atmosphere.
Who will benefit? The new runner, the person who is coming back to the sport of running or just the person wanting to add this sport to their workouts.
Rate: $50.00 per person
