Fitness can be innovative, fun and completely attainable. I can provide you with the knowledge, training, inspiration and motivation to lead you to Living Life Fit. As every individual is different, I will use a variety of techniques and programs that are specialized for YOU to fit your lifestyle and fitness goals.
Training sessions are one hour in duration each and may take place anywhere you like - in home, outdoors or an accomodating facility. I offer One-on-One and Partner Training for all levels of fitness. If you have three or four friends you wish to train with I also offer Small Group Training - please contact me to discuss this option. I also offer Specialty Training - TRX Suspension Training and Pole Fitness Training.
What to Expect
Step 1: Contact me: If your are ready to take the next step in your fitness journey, please contact me. I will forward an information package for you to complete and return to me before your initial consultation.
Step 2: Complementary Initial Consultation: Your initial consultation is complementary and can take place at a location of your choice. During the consultation we will review your information package, complete a body analysis (measurement of blood pressure, resting heart rate, weight, measurements and body fat percentage) and depending on the circumstances, conduct and physical and functional assessment. We will then discuss which training program is right for you.
Step 3: Program Design: I will develop your personalized fitness program based on your current health and fitness level, goals and preferences.
Step 4: Implementation: For your first session, you will begin training and become familiar with your fitness program. At the same time, I will explain to you the purpose of each exercise and provide you with the proper technique and form associated with each. During the following sessions, I will continue to educate, motivate, support and encourage you to develop your greatest fitness potential.
Step 5: Re-Assessment and Ongoing Program Change: Depending on your goals, a six to eight week review of your goals and fitness program is important to ensure that you are reaching and/or maintaining those goals. As you reach goals, new goals will be made. I will monitor and discuss your progress and make recommendations as necessary ensuring that you keep your goals realistic and attainable. Re-assessing your goals and fitness program will keep you motivated to ensure you reach your long-term goals and a habit of Living Life Fit.

Fitness Investment Fees
Fitness is an investment that will positively influence all areas of your life. All training investments include training time, program development and education. Each session is based on a one hour duration. Option: if you invest in 4 sessions or more you have the option to split each session to 30 minutes each.
